THE COLLABORATION
Mike Maldonado has been a pro skateboarder since 1995 — thirty years on the board, still skating every day, still building things with his own hands. Loot Cakes is his: he named it and brought every concept in it to the table. Kymberly Robinson took those ideas and turned them into the finished art, running every piece from concept to product. This collection exists because a skater had something to say, and a designer knew how to say it. Real recognizes real.
